“I have always had a passion for helping others, especially young girls. Before I entered the mental health sector I was involved in various organizations such as: National Council of Negro Women, Big Brother Big Sister Program, Cheer and Dance Gallery, Court Appointed Special Advocate. I got to a point in my life in which a volunteer organization was not enough. I knew my purpose was greater. I knew that the individual trials and tribulations that I overcame were not just about me; that I was going through certain experiences to build my empathy and understanding for others. I decided to leave Corporate America to become a Psychotherapist. I have never looked back. I love what I do! I love helping families come back together, providing insight for couples to understand each other better; giving adolescents and adults hope that there is a better tomorrow.
