For Every Mountain Counseling Services® is a Maryland-based mental health practice committed to helping individuals, families, and communities heal and thrive. Founded by Lindsey Dial, LCPC, our mission is rooted in providing culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy that meets each client where they are — emotionally, spiritually, and culturally. We specialize in supporting high-functioning Black women, professionals, families, and individuals impacted by trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. Our diverse team of licensed clinicians brings decades of experience and a deeply empathetic approach to every session, offering virtual services tailored to your journey. At For Every Mountain, we believe that healing is possible, growth is within reach, and you don’t have to climb alone.

Lindsey Dial brings over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience to her role as founder of For Every Mountain Counseling Services®. A licensed clinical professional counselor, certified mediator, and personal development expert, Lindsey has worked across industries — from nonprofits and community programs to corporate wellness and mental health advocacy — using her multifaceted experience to help clients heal and elevate.
