From Purpose to Practice: Get to Know Lindsey Dial
With over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience, Lindsey Dial is the visionary behind For Every Mountain Counseling Services. A licensed clinical professional counselor, certified mediator, and approved supervisor, Lindsey blends deep clinical expertise with lived experience to create therapeutic spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Lindsey’s journey has been anything but traditional — and that’s what makes her approach so impactful. She’s worked in corporate America, launched and led nonprofit organizations, served as a flight attendant, and built a thriving practice grounded in cultural responsiveness and compassion. Today, she’s not only a psychotherapist but also a speaker, trainer, and personal development coach for individuals, families, and organizations seeking mental and emotional transformation.
Whether she’s guiding clients through trauma recovery, relationship coaching, or career transitions, Lindsey is committed to helping people pivot from surviving to thriving. She specializes in women’s wellness, adult ADHD, and helping both men and women build emotionally healthy relationships.

A Purpose to Serve
"I’ve always had a passion for helping others, especially young girls. My early years in service — through the National Council of Negro Women, CASA, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and other organizations — showed me that volunteering wasn’t enough. I felt a deeper calling. The trials I experienced weren’t just for me; they were meant to shape my empathy and prepare me to help others rise."
"Leaving corporate America to become a psychotherapist was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve never looked back. I love what I do — helping families reconnect, guiding couples to deeper understanding, and giving adolescents and adults hope that there is a better tomorrow. Together, we’ll build a plan that honors your goals, acknowledges your story, and helps you walk into the life you were meant for."
