Why Join Our Neurodivergent Adult Therapy Group?

Living as a neurodivergent adult often means navigating challenges that others may not fully understand.

You may have experienced:

  1. Feeling misunderstood by family, friends, or coworkers

  2. Constantly masking or hiding your authentic self

  3. Difficulty managing executive functioning tasks

  4. Workplace stress or burnout

  5. Anxiety or depression related to feeling "different"

  6. Challenges building or maintaining relationships

  7. Feeling isolated despite being surrounded by people

This group offers a space where your experiences are understood, validated, and respected.

Here, you don't have to explain why your brain works differently.
You simply get to be yourself.
